Learning Audits

Institutions of Learning, increasingly operate in a climate that demands innovation and continuous improvement in its processes, enhancing impact and maximizing engagement of its key stakeholders. With the introduction of the new National Education Policy (NEP 2020), institutional leaders, have a critical role to play to engage in a deep introspection of institutional beliefs and value systems while examining its practices.

However, embarking on this journey of change requires a willingness to subject the institution, its processes and its people to engage in a comprehensive ‘Learning Audit’ that encourages a reflection about aspects concerning leadership and governance, teaching-learning processes, the curriculum and assessment practices, the attitudes of the key stakeholders especially towards the future of the institution and its community of learners.
